On November 16th at approximately 10:15PM, a Baltimore Environmental Police Officer saw and reported a vehicle on fire just before the bridge on Deer Park Road. The officer also stated he saw what appeared to be a glowing cell phone and could not verify if a person was trapped inside the vehicle.

Upon arrival Engine 134's crew found the vehicle fully involved with fire and quickly went to work extinguishing the blaze. It was verified that no one was trapped inside the vehicle. The Maryland State Fire Marshal's Office is investigating the incident.
