A second truck crash on Deer Park Rd. in the Liberty watershed area was handled by Gamber & Community Fire Co. and other county units on Friday afternoon. The fire company was alerted for a motor vehicle accident at approximately 4:42 pm in the afternoon. Engine 134 responded as well as Medic 99 from Reese. Captain 13 Hastings also responded and reported that a dump truck had overturned and was leaking hydraulic fluid on the roadway. The crew from the engine put down an absorbent material to initially contain the spill.

Carroll County Haz Mat 30 was alerted to assist. Medic 99 evaluated the driver of the truck but no transport was made.

Units cleared after several hours on the scene.
