Around 0057 hours on January 5, 2019, Carroll County Emergency Communications (ECC) sounded the first "box alarm" of the year. ECC had initial reports of a vehicle into a structure that had caught fire and was spreading into the building. E33 from Westminster arrived on the scene to find a vehicle had collided with the structure and both were well involved.

Command requested the Tanker Task Force and Engine Tanker 133 (E/T 133) was alerted. E/T went enroute shortly after and responded with a crew of 5. Units from Westminster, Pleasant Valley, Reese, Hampstead, Manchester, Lineboro, and Adams County, PA were also alerted.

E/T 133 assisted with water supply, fire suppression, and overhaul.
