Units from Gamber & Community Fire Co. and Rescue Squad 12 from Sykesville were alerted for a motor vehicle collision - with rescue - involving a pickup truck and an automobile. The incident was reported to be at the intersection of Rt. 32 and Gamber Rd., but was actually on Route 32 just north of Lake Forest Ct. The call took place on Sunday, October 25, around 3:20 pm. The Rescue Squad was canceled en route and the crew of Engine 131 was able to remove the patient from the car.
The injured driver of the automobile was transported by Gamber's paramedic ambulance to Sinai Hospital. Units cleared within 30 minutes.
