The Annual Craft Show & Flea Market is scheduled for Saturday, August 21 from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm. This will be our 13th Anniversary! Food and beverages will be available on sale inside the social hall.
Vendors - We are offering spaces inside our social hall, outside on the parking lot and outside on our carnival grounds. Spaces inside our air-conditioned hall are $20 and are approximately 10’x8’ and will be provided with an 8’ table (one extra 8’ table will be available for $5).No tables provided for any outside spaces! Spaces on the parking lot are also $20 and are approximately 10’x17’. The spaces inside and on the parking lot will be assigned to the first vendors to sign up for them (so sign up early). Our carnival ground spaces are $25 and are approximately 25’x25’. If your vehicle and/or trailer will not fit in your space, we will charge you for an additional space. The cost of the spaces is non-refundable. If you wait until the day of the event, the cost of all spaces is $30, cash only. Please fill out the registration form and enclose it with a check made payable to Gamber & Community Fire Company. Only money orders or cash will be accepted 2 weeks prior to the event.
Set up time will be 6 a.m. All vendors must check in on the day of the event to receive the location of their space (carnival ground vendors at the top of the hill, parking lot/inside spaces check in inside). You should be set up prior to 7:30 a.m. No one will be allowed to set up prior to 6 a.m. or leave before 1 p.m. Vendors will be required to clean their area, put trash in designated areas, and remove merchandise as quickly as possible at closing.
