| After over two years of planning, two additions to our station are now under roof. The first of these two additions is off of the rear of the station. It is 1,100 square foot storage room for table, chairs, and bingo supplies. The stage has also been recessed into the new room with the bingo storage right off the stage. The second addition is off to the north of the station. This comprises of a 1,000 square foot training/ classroom and a 400 square foot storage area for our auxiliary. With this addidtion we lost our coat room, table and chair storage room, and cleaning closet. Both additions go hand and hand as one is needed for the other. Over a year ago we started 24/7 paid personnel and there was a need for a bunkroom for them. Our old classroom was used as a new bunkroom and then there was a need for a classroom. The old bingo storage room will be used for a gear cleaning room. The additions are expected to be completed by April.
