Gamber President Dale Bollinger entered into Carroll County Volunteer Emergency Services Association (CCVESA) Hall of Fame at the 2022 Convention.

At its 2022 Convention, CCVESA selected several new members to be honored in its Hall of Fame. Dale Bollinger, current President of Gamber & Community Fire Company, was among the honorees.

President Bollinger's volunteer service started in 1966 when he joined the Gamber & Community Fire Company as a junior member before becoming a senior member of the company in 1970. In his 56 years of volunteer service, he has participated in several committees and served in many leadership roles.

Gamber & Community Fire Company is the "family business" for President Bollinger. He has been involved in the operations of the company since its inception in 1963 even though he was too young to be a charter member at the time. His father (William Bollinger Sr) and brother (William Bollinger Jr) were Charter Members of the Department. Today, his fiance and her children are members of the department, with some serving in leadership roles with the company as well.

The Board of Directors, Officers, and Members of the Gamber & Community Fire Service congratulate President Bollinger on this honor!
