The turnout on Thursday afternoon, April 7, 2026, was excellent. The weather also cooperated to help make this a big success!

Children of all ages and their families enjoyed the wide variety of modern and antique trucks and other vehicles. During the event, Gamber was alerted for several emergency incidents so visitors could observe the apparatus responding.

Thank you so much to the following businesses and organizations for bringing their trucks and equipment to our event. We couldn't do it without you!

Eagle Transfer Services
Prevost Construction, Inc.
Mission BBQ
Bosley Construction
BGE
Maryland National Guard
United Rentals
Eline Funeral Home
Burrier-Queen Funeral Home & Crematory

The event was coordinated by the Gamber & Community Fire Co. Fire Prevention Committee, Jeremy Sherfey, Anne Reardon, and Bridget Weishaar.
