On Saturday, May 24, 2025 several member of the Gamber and Community Fire Company attended a training seminar hosted by the Bowleys Quarters Volunteer Fire Department (Baltimore County.) The seminar took place at the Strawberry Point Marina located at Martin State Airport. Members from six other jurisdictions participated. Firefighters, EMS providers, and officers from Gamber & Community Fire Co. and Sykesville Freedom District Fire Department participated in an extrication drill on Saturday, May 10, 2025 on the carnival grounds. Multiple scenarios were set up for the participants. Sykesville's Tower 12 was on the scene and its crew assisted with the training. Tower 12 provided many of the tools used during the activities.

Gamber & Community Fire Company's first "Touch-A-Truck" Event was a big success. It was held on Thursday, May 8 from 4:00 - 8:00 pm at the station.
