On Monday, April 16, 2007 at 2:44 PM, Gamber & Community Fire Company was alerted for a motor vehicle collision with rescue at the intersection of Rt. 91 and Cold Saturday Drive. Chief 13-1 responded shortly, followed by Medic 139 and Engine 131. Crews arrived to find two cars in the roadway with one person trapped. The crew from Engine 131 extricated the patient and quickly transported her to University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center. The driver of the 2nd vehicle refused treatment at the scene.
