Gamber & Community Fire Co. Life Member, William Denis Leppert was recently recognized for 58 years of service. He was presented a Maryland State Firefighters Association "Certificate of Recognition" at Gamber's company meeting on July 21. Fire company President, Todd Tracey, and Chief Chad Hastings, made the presentation.

Denis joined the Gamber & Community Fire Co. in 1984. He also was an active member of the Liberty Road Volunteer Fire Department in Baltimore County prior to his membership at Gamber. Denis previously served as a member of Gamber's Board of Directors and in his earlier days was an active firefighter and a fire apparatus driver operator. Denis was also the building administrator for many years at Gamber.
