The new apparatus committee traveled to the 4 Guys Fire Trucks factory in Meyersdale, PA. to check out progress on the new tanker and to conduct a pre-paint inspection. This took place on Thursday, February 19, 2026. The committee reported that all went well with only a few minor changes requested. The new truck heads into the paint shop next week. It looks like the unit will be completed in about four weeks.
Remaining rear tires and wheels to be added after paint shop.
